Terms of Service
Last reviewed July 26, 2026.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of privatejetcharters.net and of the charter sourcing service provided by Private Jet Charters, trading as Private Jet Charters. By using the site or requesting a quote you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
We are a broker, not an air carrier
Private Jet Charters acts as an air charter broker. We arrange flights on your behalf with independent air carriers. We do not own, operate, lease, manage or exercise operational control over any aircraft.
Every flight is operated by a third party carrier holding the operating certificate required in its jurisdiction, which for United States domestic charter means certification under FAR Part 135. The operator, not us, holds operational control, and the operator alone decides whether a flight departs, diverts or cancels for reasons of weather, airworthiness, crew duty or safety.
You enter a separate contract of carriage with the operator. That contract governs the flight itself, including its cancellation and liability terms, and it takes precedence over these terms in respect of the flight.
Quotes and availability
A quote is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. Charter availability changes continuously and a quoted aircraft may be committed elsewhere before you accept. A booking is confirmed only when the operator issues a confirmation and any required payment has been received.
Prices quoted are for the specific itinerary described. Changes to route, date, timing, passenger count or baggage may change the price or require a different aircraft.
Information on this site
Distances shown are great circle calculations between airport reference points. Flight times are planning estimates produced by a documented model that excludes winds, air traffic routing and ground delays. They are not schedules and must not be relied on for connections or fixed commitments.
Aircraft specifications are manufacturer published figures for typical configurations and vary by individual aircraft. Airport operating notes describe long standing publicly documented constraints and may not reflect current conditions. Confirm all operational detail with the operator before relying on it.
We do not publish charter prices, rates or fare estimates, and nothing on this site constitutes a price quotation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including passenger counts, baggage, identity documents and any requirement affecting aircraft suitability. Errors in that information can invalidate a quote or prevent a flight from departing.
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any documentation your destination requires, including documentation for animals and for minors travelling without both parents. Flying privately does not remove those requirements.
You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to transport anything prohibited by the operator or by law.
Payment, cancellation and changes
Payment terms, deposits, cancellation windows and change fees are set by the operator and are stated in the charter agreement before you commit. They vary between operators and between aircraft, and we present them alongside each bid so they are comparable.
Our brokerage fee is disclosed as a separate line item before you award a flight. Where a booking is cancelled, our fee is treated in accordance with the terms stated at the time of booking.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the brokerage fee you paid us for the affected booking. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of an operator, for flight delay, diversion or cancellation, or for consequential losses including missed connections, missed events or lost business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Claims arising from the operation of a flight lie against the operator under the contract of carriage and the applicable international conventions.
Intellectual property
The content, design, computed data sets and code on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may read, print and share pages for personal or internal business use. Systematic extraction, scraping or republication of the route, airport or aircraft data sets without written permission is not permitted.
Photography on this site is licensed stock imagery. It is representative and does not depict a specific aircraft offered for charter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the trading entity is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
These terms were last reviewed on July 26, 2026. We may update them, and the review date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
