About Us
We are an air charter broker. We do not own aircraft, we do not operate them, and we tell you exactly what we charge to arrange them.
Position
What we are, in plain terms
An air charter broker arranges flights between a client and a certificated air carrier. We are not the carrier. Every flight arranged through this site is operated by an independent operator holding the certificate required in its jurisdiction, which in the United States means FAR Part 135.
That distinction matters legally and practically. You contract with the operator for the flight. You contract with us for the sourcing. We tell you who the operator is before you commit, with the certificate, the tail number and the audit status, because you are entitled to know while declining is still an option.
How we are different from the rest of the market
Two things. First, we run a sealed bid instead of calling three operators we happen to like. The identical brief goes to every qualified operator at the same moment and they compete without seeing each other. Second, we withhold your identity until you award the flight, which removes the largest source of quote inflation in charter.
The consequence of both is that our fee has to be visible, because a sealed bid with a hidden markup is not a sealed bid. So it appears as its own line against the operator price.
What we publish and what we refuse to
We publish computed distances, modelled block times with the model documented, manufacturer specifications with the caveats attached, and operating constraints at airports where they are long standing and public.
We do not publish hourly rates, because the number is not real and every site that prints one is either burying the rest of the cost or is about to add it after your deposit. We do not publish review scores or client counts we cannot substantiate. We do not put a fabricated testimonial on a page. If a figure is not something we can stand behind, it is not here.
What this site is for
Most of it is arithmetic you would otherwise have to ask for. 2,211 routes with real distances and block times. 169 destinations with the airport options and the constraints. 43 aircraft across 8 classes with comparable specifications. 8 guides covering the parts people find genuinely confusing.
None of it asks you to create an account or hand over a phone number to see a number.
Standards
What we commit to
Named operators
You see the certificate holder, tail number, build year and third party audit status on every bid, before you commit to anything.
Disclosed fee
Our charge is a separate line against the operator price. You can see both halves of the number you are paying.
No invented facts
No rates we cannot stand behind, no review counts we cannot evidence, no testimonials we did not receive. Where we do not know, the page says so.
Identity withheld
No operator receives your name until you award the flight. Losing bidders never learn who asked.
No data sale
We do not sell client information and we do not run advertising pixels that follow you after you leave.
Advice against the sale
If a trip is better flown commercially, or the empty leg you are considering is a bad idea for your itinerary, we say so.
