Send Us The Trip

Everything below is optional except the route. The more you tell us about what the flight has to do, the fewer rounds it takes to get you a number.

What happens next

We identify every certificated operator with a suitable aircraft near your departure window and send them the identical brief at the same moment, with no name attached. They bid without seeing each other.

You get the results with the operator name and certificate, the tail number, the year, the third party audit status and one total per bid with every fee already included. Our fee is shown as its own line against the operator price.

Nothing here creates an account. Nothing here obliges you to anything.

What makes a brief easy to price

The single most useful thing you can tell us is how much your dates can move. Flexibility is the raw material of a good charter price, because it lets an operator match your trip to an aircraft that is already going to be near you. A trip that can shift by a day is a materially different purchase from one that cannot.

The second most useful thing is the real passenger and baggage count. Seats, bags and fuel all draw from the same maximum takeoff weight, so a quote built on six passengers and revised to nine at the last minute sometimes becomes a different aircraft at a different price. Give us the number you actually expect, including anyone joining at the far end.

Third, tell us anything that changes which aircraft is suitable rather than which aircraft you would prefer. A dog, a set of skis, a wheelchair, a hard requirement for connectivity, a passenger who cannot manage steep air stairs. Those constrain the shortlist. Preferences about interior colour do not, and can be handled once the shortlist exists.

What happens if nothing suitable is available

Occasionally the honest answer is that your trip cannot be flown as described, usually because a runway is too short for the aircraft the distance requires, a permit cannot be obtained in time, or the date is one where every aircraft in the region is already committed. When that happens we say so and propose the nearest workable version, which is normally a different airport at one end or a departure shifted by a few hours.

We would rather tell you that on day one than sell you an itinerary that fails on the ramp.

There is no obligation attached to this

Requesting bids costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You are not creating an account. You are not joining a list. If you decide the trip is better flown commercially, or not flown at all, that is a perfectly good outcome and we will not chase you about it.
